STANDARD TURF & SPORTS COMPLEX RULES AND REGULATIONS To ensure a safe, clean, and fair environment for all players and visitors, the following rules and regulations apply across all facility areas. Compliance is mandatory for all players, teams, and spectators. 1. Booking, Payment & Slot Management Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required non-refundable advance payment. The person who booked the slot must be present on-site and present the booking confirmation message prior to entry. Timings & Punctuality: Teams must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled slot. The booked duration includes warm-up and cool-down times. Fields must be vacated promptly at the end of the assigned time. Capacity Limit: A maximum of 25 individuals (including players and substitutes) are allowed inside the playing area/enclosure at any given time. Right to Cancellation: Management reserves the right to cancel bookings, alter slots, or vacate the premises at any time due to severe weather, safety concerns, facility maintenance, or misconduct. 2. Footwear & Dress Code Approved Footwear: Only flat turf shoes or non-marking sports shoes are allowed on the playing surface. Strictly Prohibited Footwear: Football boots with metal or plastic studs/spikes, high heels, and playing barefoot are strictly forbidden. Bringing or wearing studs onto the field will result in an immediate ৳2,000 fine charged to the booking holder. Attire & Decency: Appropriate athletic wear must be worn at all times. Public changing or partial nudity in common areas is strictly prohibited. Please use designated changing rooms or washrooms. 3. Field Restrictions & Prohibited Items No Food, Drinks, or Gum: Chewing gum, food, sugary beverages, and glass containers are strictly prohibited on the playing field and inside the turf boundary. Smoking & Substance Policy: Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the playing enclosure and general complex. Smoking is permitted only in designated upper-floor/gallery smoking zones. Violators are subject to a ৳2,000 fine and immediate eviction. Prohibited Items & Pets: Sharp objects, glass items, hazardous materials, and pets are strictly prohibited on the field area. Resthibited Access: Only active players, referees, and authorized staff are allowed inside the fenced playing enclosure. Spectators must remain in designated seating or gallery areas. 4. Conduct, Safety & Hygiene Behavior & Fair Play: Abusive language, physical aggression, unsafe play, or disrespect toward opponents, referees, or facility staff will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Noise Control: Excessive shouting, vulgar chants, or unreasonable noise disturbances are restricted to respect complex guidelines and neighboring areas. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Trash and disposable items must be placed in designated dustbins. Washrooms and changing facilities must be kept clean after use. 5. Facility Damage, Security & Valuables Property Damage: Any intentional or accidental damage to the artificial turf, netting, goals, lighting, or complex property will be billed directly to the responsible individual or team booking holder. Personal Belongings: Management is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or gadgets. Guests are strongly advised to secure their valuables in the provided lockers. Parking: Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas at the owner's risk. CCTV Monitoring: The entire complex, including fields and common areas, is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for security purposes. 6. Management Authority Management decisions regarding rule enforcement, dispute resolution, safety measures, or slot cancellations are final and binding on all players and visitors. Non-compliance with facility rules will result in immediate loss of playing privileges without refund.
