Age picks the batch; the coach picks the level. In the first sessions every player is assessed and placed at Foundation, Development or Performance within their batch. Moving up depends on readiness, not birthdays.

Training with a clear purpose

  • Ball control and dribbling

Close control with both feet, under light and then real pressure.

  • Passing and receiving

Weight of pass, first touch, and receiving on the half-turn.

  • Finishing

Shooting technique and composure in front of goal.

  • Positioning and decisions

Where to stand, when to pass, and how to read what’s next.

  • Movement and conditioning

Age-appropriate speed, agility and stamina work.

  • Teamwork and match play

Every session ends in a game that uses the day’s skill.

Practise it. Drill it. Play it.

Every session learns one skill, repeats it in a drill, then uses it in a game.

What a session looks like

  1. 1

    Warm up

Check in with the coach, then movement and ball work to get going.

  2. 2

    Practise a skill

One focus per session, broken down and repeated.

  3. 3

    Apply it in play

Small-sided games where the skill has to be used.

  4. 4

    Feedback

The coach wraps up with what went well and what to work on.

How we look after players

Check-in
Attendance is taken at the start of every session.
Supervision
Players stay with their coach for the whole hour.
Pickup
Under-18s are handed only to the guardian or named pickup person.
Emergencies
Emergency contacts are on file; first aid kit at pitchside.
Weather
If rain stops play, you get a message before the session.
Parents welcome
Watch from the waiting area at any session.

How we track progress

The academy is new, so there are no trophies to show yet — and we won’t invent any. Here is how every player’s progress is followed instead.
  1. Initial assessment

In the first sessions the coach sees where each player is.

  2. Regular feedback

Coaches note progress; you see attendance on your dashboard.

  3. End-of-cycle review

A short review of progress and the right next level.

Questions parents ask

Not answered here? Message us on WhatsApp.
Who can join, and are complete beginners welcome?

Anyone aged 7 to 19. Beginners are welcome in every level — coaches place each player after an initial assessment, so age alone never decides how advanced the training is.

How are age groups and skill levels assigned?

You pick the batch for your age when you register. In the first sessions the coach assesses each player and recommends the right group within that batch.

Which days will I train and how long is each session?

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each session is one hour: 4–5 PM for Level 1, 5–6 PM for Level 2 and 6–7 PM for Level 3.

What is the full fee, including admission and kit?

A one-time admission fee of ৳2,500, then ৳2,000 a month for football or ৳3,000 a month for football and swimming. The official jersey is charged separately; its price is confirmed at admission.

How do I pay?

Pay online with bKash when you register, or choose cash and pay at the academy desk. Your place is confirmed once the payment is recorded.

What should I bring, and which boots are suitable?

Water, a towel and turf boots or trainers with rubber studs. Metal studs are not allowed on artificial turf. Swimmers bring swimwear, a cap and goggles.

What happens if I miss training or a session is cancelled by weather?

Missed sessions are not refunded. If we cancel a session for rain or safety, you will see it on your dashboard and get a message before the session.

Can parents watch, and how does pickup work?

Parents can watch from the waiting area. Players under 18 are handed over only to the guardian or the pickup person named at registration.

Do I need a Turfly account?

Yes — registering creates one with your mobile number, or you can sign in with the account you already use to book turfs. It is where you see your schedule, attendance and payments.
