House rules

Once your slot is provisionally confirmed, you must pay the advance within 30 minutes to 1 hour to secure the booking. If payment is delayed and another party books the slot, management holds no responsibility. Please ensure you receive your booking confirmation once the booking is completed. Playing on the field is strictly prohibited without proper turf shoes. Playing barefoot is not allowed. Spike boots are strictly prohibited on the field. If anyone from your team or the opposing team enters the field wearing spike boots, the person under whose name the booking was made will be fined 2,000 BDT. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the field boundaries. Ample parking space is available. Chewing gum on the field is prohibited. Entry to the field requires presenting the slot confirmation message. The individual under whose name the booking is confirmed must be present at the field. The management's decision will be final regarding slot bookings or any other issues. If any damage is caused to the venue during or after the game by a player or supporter, the respective player or team will be required to pay full compensation.
