When you make a booking, your name, booking details, and contact information are shared with the relevant Venue Partner to facilitate your booking. Venue Partners are required to use this information only for booking-related purposes.

 

4.2 Payment Processors

Payment data is processed by our contracted payment gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad). Turfly does not store complete card or mobile financial account details.

 

4.3 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers for cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools, and SMS delivery. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing the relevant service to Turfly.

 

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Turfly, our users, or the public.

 

4.5 Business Transfers
